We build the Rosetti Shane Tote from premium vegan leather that mimics the supple hand-feel of traditional leather without animal products. The outer shell resists light rain and surface scratches, while the polyester lining wipes clean after spills. Double-stitched seams at every stress point—including the handle attachment and base corners—prevent splitting even when you load the bag to capacity.
Four protective metal feet on the base keep the vegan leather surface off wet pavement and dirty floors. The structured base panel maintains the tote’s upright silhouette whether you’re carrying a laptop and binder or just your wallet and water bottle.

The Shane’s dual-compartment design separates your workday from your personal life. The center zip divider creates two roomy sections: slip your 13-inch laptop and folders into one side, then keep your gym clothes or lunch tote in the other. Both compartments open wide with sturdy zippers that glide smoothly along the track.
An interior zip pocket secures your passport, cash, and credit cards during travel. The exterior front slip pocket fits most smartphones up to 6.5 inches, so you never dig through the main compartments to answer a call. A matching back slip pocket holds boarding passes, receipts, or a slim notebook.

Shane Tote Shopping Questions
The Shane Tote accommodates laptops up to 13 inches comfortably in the main compartment. A 15-inch laptop will not fit due to the bag’s 13.5-inch width. For larger laptops, we recommend our Taylor Backpack, which includes a dedicated padded laptop sleeve sized for 15-inch devices.
The vegan leather exterior resists light rain and splashes, protecting your belongings during brief exposure to moisture. The Shane is not fully waterproof and should not be submerged or left in heavy rain for extended periods. We recommend using a rain cover or umbrella during downpours to preserve the material’s finish.
The reinforced straps and double-stitched construction handle up to 15 pounds comfortably without strain on the seams or hardware. Regularly carrying more than 15 pounds may stress the handle attachment points over time. Distribute heavier items across both compartments to maintain balance and extend the bag’s lifespan.
Do not machine wash the Shane Tote, as agitation and heat will damage the vegan leather and cause the structured base to warp. Spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap solution only. Air dry the bag away from direct heat sources to prevent cracking or fading of the material.
The Shane Tote features fixed shoulder straps with a 9-inch drop height and does not include a detachable crossbody strap. The bag is designed for shoulder or arm carry only.
